Sphenoid sinus lesions grasp the attention of Otorhinolaryngologists due to their prime location and vital surrounding structures. Once detected, these require prompt investigation identify underlying cause, usually attributed a tumor, fungal infection, sinusitis, or polyps, thus allowing tailored treatment. We report case an elderly lady whose neurological presentation lead diagnosis sphenoid lymphoma. discuss diagnostic challenge in view its interesting presenting symptoms as well surgical approach risk limitations.
